Viniesta Sessions is a new series happening the last week of every month, that leads to our big annual Viniesta Fair. These Sessions are all about good vibes, great wine, and the people behind it.

Each month we bring a different winemaker, from Spain or South America to New York City and Miami, to share their wines and their journey.

This is a chance to hang out, try some incredible wines, and hear the stories straight from the makers themselves. No pretenses, no fluff—just real people and amazing wine. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and let’s celebrate the art of natural wine together.

Sin vino no hay fiesta!

we are on a summer break!

Viniesta Sessions 005:

Finca Suarez

This month, we’re featuring Finca Suarez, a family-run project in Mendoza’s Uco Valley that’s quietly redefining what wines from this region can be.

We’re bringing Juanfa Suárez - third generation grower and one of the most thoughtful voices in Paraje Altamira — to New York and Miami for two nights of Argentine food, natural wine, and conversations about soil, music, and what it means to farm with intention.

Finca Suarez has been working the same land for over a century, long before the Uco Valley hit the global radar. While their neighbors may grab the headlines, this is one of the few producers in the area working exclusively with estate fruit — all farmed regeneratively, with a deep respect for water, biodiversity, and local community.

Juanfa, who grew up studying music, brings that same kind of sensitivity and precision to winemaking. Each parcel is like a composition, built on altitude, limestone, and intuition. The results are wines with clarity, freshness, and unmistakable character.

Come meet him at Viniesta Session this June 2025!
