• Day 1 | WELCOME TO CATALUÑA!

    SUNDAY, JUNE 28

Arrive in Barcelona and check into your hotel. In the evening, we’ll gather for our first dinner at Bar Salvatge, the city wine bar co-founded by winemaker Rubén Parera. With natural wines flowing and vibrant local dishes on the table, it’s the perfect introduction to Barcelona’s energy.

    Dinner: Bar Salvatge

    Hotel: H10 Port Vell

  • Day 2 | Finca Parera

    PENEDÈS

    MONDAY, JUNE 29

After last night, Rubén Parera should be no stranger. Today we’ll visit him at Finca Parera, where he converted his family’s 10-hectare estate from organic to biodynamic farming, extending the natural approach to cherries, almonds, olives, and vegetables alongside the vines. After walking the vineyards and tasting the lineup, he will join us for lunch too, at a fantastic bistro which he partly owns: MAM del BO! After sobremesa, we'll head back to Barcelona.

    Lunch: Mam del Bo

    Hotel: H10 Port Vell

  • Day 3 | Barcelona

    TUESDAY, JUNE 30

Get ready for a day discovering Barcelona together. We’ll enjoy tapas and vermut while wandering through lively neighborhoods - for example, a guided walk through Casa Batlló or La Pedrera will show us Gaudí’s genius up close. Along the way, we’ll taste the city’s flavors in true Barcelonian style, exploring architecture, culture, and gastronomy.

    Lunch: Private tapas crawl

    Hotel: H10 Port Vell

  • Day 4 | Can Ràfols dels Caus

    PENEDÈS

    WEDNESDAY, JULY 1

Imagine a winery literally carved into the rocky Garraf hills just outside Barcelona—an architectural gem where nature and winemaking blend seamlessly in underground cellars that feel like a hidden cave of treasures. Since the ’70s, Can Ràfols dels Caus has pursued a radical vision: to make wines that truly reflect their landscape, without compromise. We’ll enjoy a long lunch on the estate before heading to our next hotel in Tarragona.

    Lunch: Can Ràfols dels Caus

    Hotel: Hotel Imperial Tarraco

  • Day 5 | Clos Mogador

    PRIORAT

    THURSDAY, JULY 2

We’ll head inland to discover the rugged beauty of Priorat. The day begins with a visit to Christian Barbier, followed by the pioneering estate Clos Mogador, where the revival of the region truly took root. After a day of tasting, learning, and eating among these dramatic landscapes, we’ll return to Tarragona in time to witness the castellers - the human towers that are a powerful symbol of Catalan culture.

    Lunch: Clos Mogador

    Hotel: Hotel Imperial Tarraco

  • Day 6 | Dalí Museum & Vinyes Tortuga

    ALT-EMPORDÀ

    FRIDAY, JULY 3

You’re in for a surreal experience at the Salvador Dalí Theater-Museum in the town of Figueres, where he was born.
After exploring this eccentric and interesting space, we’ll visit Vinyes Tortuga in the nearby town Rabós. Dutch owners Dido & Jurriaan started their winemaking journey traveling around the world before arriving to the town of Rabós and settling in the town's old abandoned co-op winery.

    Lunch: Vinyes Tortuga

    Hotel: Park Hotel San Jorge

  • Day 7 | Boat day

    SATURDAY, JULY 4

Today we take to the sea. A full day on a private catamaran means swimming, sun, bites, and sipping wine-based cocktails in cans - modern twists on classic Spanish drinks. As the sun sets, we’ll enjoy a special farewell dinner at Villa Mas before sailing back along the coast to our beautiful hotel in Girona.

    Dinner: Villa Mas

    Hotel: H10 Port Vell

  • Day 8 | Transfer Back to Barcelona

    SUNDAY, JULY 5

After one final breakfast together, it’s time to say adiós — or just see you soon.

Sticking around? We’d love to point you toward a few favorite spots to keep the magic going.
