• Day 1 | Dinner with Raúl Moreno

    SUNDAY, APRIL 19
Welcome to Andalucía! Arrive and check in to your centrally-located hotel. In the evening, we'll all meet up in the lobby at 8pm and we'll head by foot through Triana for dinner at La Atrayana, a fantastic neighborhood tapas restaurant offering a vast selection of natural wines paired with local dishes. Joining us will be winemaker and oenologist Raúl Moreno, who will guide us through a tasting of his wines - a crash course into the flavors of this region and the perfect way to set the tone for the week ahead.

  • Day 2 | Sevilla

    MONDAY, APRIL 20

We’ll spend the morning exploring the heart of Sevilla: the winding streets of Santa Cruz, the majestic Catedral, the Alcázar, the lush gardens of María Luisa... With Álvaro, our trip leader and local to this city, guiding the way, we’re in the best hands to discover the city through his favorite tapas bars and stories. Later, there will be time to explore on your own and enjoy Sevilla’s vibrant gastronomy at your own pace.

    Lunch: Private tapas crawl

  • Day 3 | Dominio de las Ánimas

    JEREZ - XEREZ - SHERRY

    TUESDAY, APRIL 21
Today we head to Dominio de las Ánimas, where Thomas de Wangen has brought new life to a once-abandoned historic estate. Here we’ll also reconnect with Raúl Moreno, who collaborates closely on the project. Later, we’ll discover Diatomists, Thomas’s partnership with friends who are rethinking the future of sherry while honoring its roots. Expect a full day of exploring vineyards, learning about these one-of-a-kind terroirs, and of course, tasting through a wide range of expressive wines. By evening, we’ll settle into Jerez for the night.

  • Day 4 | Bodegas Alonso

    JEREZ - XEREZ - SHERRY

    WEDNESDAY, APRIL 22
Located in Sanlucar de Barrameda, Bodegas Alonso is a traditional sherry bodega in the heart of Manzanilla territory.  Francisco and Fernando Asencio rescued the old Pedro Romero winery containing soleras (casks of aged fortified wines) from Pedro Romero himself, Gaspar Florido, and Fernando Méndez, some of the highest regarded in the history of the region. We'll learn about the distinctive solera system and taste very old and rare wines before sitting for lunch under their grape covered pergola.

    Lunch: Bodegas Alonso

    Hotel: Astuto Boutique

  • Day 5 | Granada

    THURSDAY, APRIL 23
We’ll start the morning at the breathtaking Alhambra, wandering through its palaces, gardens, and history-steeped corridors. Afterward, we’ll head to Sacromonte, exploring its iconic cave dwellings and vibrant streets. Lunch will be a relaxed tapas crawl, letting us taste the city’s flavors and soak up Granada’s unique atmosphere. In the afternoon, there will be time to wander the Albaicín, with its narrow streets, whitewashed houses, and viewpoints that offer stunning city panoramas.

    Lunch: La Tana

Hotel: Gran Hotel Luna de Granada

  • Day 6 | Bodega Cauzón

    SIERRA NORTE DE GRANADA

    FRIDAY, APRIL 24
This morning we will visit Ramón Saavedra’s winery: Bodega Cauzón. After working 15 years as a chef on Spain’s Costa Brava, Saavedra returned to his native Granada to take over his family’s small personal vineyard in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. He planted an additional 10 acres of Syrah, Tinta Fina and Cabernet Sauvignón and has been entirely organic since 1999. After having lunch with Ramón and putting his chef skills to the test, we will head back to Granada.

    Lunch: Bodega Cauzón

Hotel: Gran Hotel Luna de Granada

  • Day 7 | Feria de Abril

    SATURDAY, APRIL 25
Today we dive into the heart of Andalusian culture at the Feria de Abril, one of Spain’s most iconic festivals. With exclusive access to a private caseta (a traditional, members-only tent where locals gather to eat, drink, dance, and celebrate), we’ll experience the festival like true insiders. Expect flamenco, sevillanas, rebujito, and plenty of laughter, culminating in our farewell lunch amidst the vibrant energy of the fair.

    Lunch: Caseta Feria de Abril

    Hotel: Eurostars Guadalquivir
