    We will check into our centrally located boutique hotel and let the adventure begin! In the evening, we will get introduced and have a welcome dinner at a fantastic local bistro and wine bar, where you’ll jump right into the culture with local eats and outstanding wine.

  • Day 2 |Segovia & Microbio

    RUEDA


    MONDAY, MARCH 16

    From the hotel, we’ll drive 1 hour north to Segovia in Castilla y León. We’ll explore its rich architectural legacy, including medieval walls, a Gothic cathedral, the iconic Roman aqueduct, and the Alcázar - which inspired Walt Disney’s castle. After that, we’ll head to Nieva in the Rueda wine region to visit Microbio Wines, a.k.a. República Independiente del Verdejo, led by President Ismael Gozalo. We’ll tour the vineyards and enjoy wine tasting with el presidente himself. After a long, traditional lunch, we’ll drive west to Salamanca to check into our next hotel.

  • Day 3 | Salamanca


    TUESDAY, MARCH 17

    In Salamanca, we’ll dive into a city that blends medieval architecture with a young, modern pulse. With a local guide we’ll uncover its highlights: the Roman bridge, the iconic University, and the magnificent Plaza Mayor - while soaking up the city’s everyday rhythm. After sightseeing, there will be plenty of time to enjoy local food and the vibrant energy that makes Salamanca unforgettable.

  • Day 4 | Bodegas Bigardo

    TORO


    WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18

    D.O. Toro is known for having some of the most intense and heavy reds in the whole country. Within that intensity, lays one rebel, or Bigardo! Enter Kiko Calvo, and his unique ways of making wines. We will hang out with Kiko and find out what makes his wines and winemaking style so unique. First we’ll head to the vineyards to see why this region is special and then taste wines in his cellar located right on the banks of the Duero River where we will be enjoying an outdoor lunch together. In the evening, we’ll continue to Aranda de Duero, where we’ll check into our hotel and settle in for the night.

  • Day 5 | Culto Al Cuerpo


    THURSDAY, MARCH 19

    A day dedicated to slowing down in Aranda de Duero. Between the hotel’s spa and a traditional lechazo asado meal, you’ll have time to relax and recharge at your own pace. Whether you choose to unwind first with a treatment or sit down to a long, leisurely lunch, the day is about enjoying the best of local tradition and comfort. For those who feel like exploring, we’ll share recommendations so you can discover the town at your own rhythm.

  • Day 6 | Félix Callejo

    RIBERA DEL DUERO


    FRIDAY, MARCH 20

    In the Ribera del Duero village of Sotillo de la Ribera, we’ll visit Bodegas Félix Callejo, a second-generation family winery led today by siblings José Félix and Noelia. Known for their organic vineyards and expressive wines, the Callejo family is deeply rooted in the region. We’ll explore their vineyards and cellar, taste through their wines, and share a traditional lunch together before heading back to Madrid.

  • Day 7 | Madrid


    SATURDAY, MARCH 21

    Our last day together takes us through the heart of Madrid with our local friend and guide, Max. We’ll start with a stroll through the lively Mercado de San Miguel, admire the grand Plaza Mayor, and take in the splendor of the Royal Palace. In the afternoon, we’ll wander through the streets of La Latina, hopping from bar to bar for tapas and vermut, soaking up the city’s energy at our own pace. The evening concludes with a farewell dinner at Berria, a perfect way to toast the trip and celebrate all the memories made.
