This month we are presenting... Raúl Moreno: the bold voice redefining the wines of Andalucía (Spain). 

Born in Sevilla, Raúl spent years between London, the U.S., and Australia - working in fine dining, becoming a top sommelier, teaching wine science, and even leading Spain’s national blind tasting team to victory.

After all that, he returned home to create unfortified wines from the Sherry Triangle.

Guided by instinct and precision, he works a lot of Palomino Fino, direct press, skin fermented aged biologically under flor in all types of vessels.

There is a strong focus on Palomino Fino and other local grapes from Jerez, Sanlúcar, Puerto de Santa María, and Trebujena.
